Rock Band 3-transfer nu mogelijk in Rock Band 4

Terwijl het team achter Rock Band 4 ook bekijkt of en hoe het online multiplayer in de game krijgt, heeft het wel al een andere feature afgeleverd. Zo is het voortaan mogelijk de liedjes uit Rock Band 3 over te hevelen naar Rock Band 4. Het gaat daarbij om de 83 liedjes die op het schijfje van Rock Band 3 stonden, die je nu als DLC kan downloaden onder de naam Rock Band 3 Export Pack. 

Enige nadeel voor PS4-gamers is dat zij elk nummer apart moeten downloaden, terwijl Xbox One-gamers het in 1 ruk kunnen downloaden. Zodra je account bevestigd wordt als "eigenaar" van Rock Band 3, kan je de nummers overdragen. Mocht je niet weten hoe je het moet downloaden, kan je hieronder de uitleg zien per platform.

Xbox One

1. Start Rock Band 4.
2. Navigate to “Get More Songs”.
3. Scroll down to the new tab, “Exports”.
4. Select “Rock Band 3”.
5. Select “RB3 Disc Export Pack”.
6. If you have been verified, you will be taken through to a first-party purchase screen to complete the Rock Band 3 export.
7. Once you have purchased the export pack, you should see a confirmation screen that you have successfully purchased the Rock Band 3 export pack. You’ll now be able to download the export just like you would for any other piece of content.
8. Once complete, navigate to your song library. The exported Rock Band 3 tracks should be available in your song library to play! Be sure to restart Rock Band 4 if you do not see your recently downloaded tracks in-game immediately.

PS4

1. Start Rock Band 4.
2. Navigate to “Get More Songs”.
3. Scroll down to the new tab, “Exports”.
4. Select “Rock Band 3”.
5. Select “RB3 Disc Export Pack”.
6. If you have been verified, you will be taken through to a first-party purchase screen to complete the Rock Band 3 export.
7. Once you have purchased the export pack, you should see a confirmation screen that you have successfully purchased the Rock Band 3 export pack. From here, you will be able to download each individual single from the pack of 83 tracks. Press the white arrow located next to each track to begin the download process.
8. Once complete, navigate to your song library. The exported Rock Band 3 tracks should be available in your song library to play! Be sure to restart Rock Band 4 if you do not see your recently downloaded tracks in-game immediately.
9. You can always navigate to the “Add-Ons” section of Rock Band 4 in the Main Menu to download any individual tracks you did not initially download from the purchase completion screen.
