"Borderlands 3 nog niet in ontwikkeling"
De schrijver van Borderlands 2 mag dan wel al werken aan ideetjes voor Borderlands 3, Gearbox-baas Randy Pitchford benadrukt dat dit allerminst betekent dat Borderlands 3 reeds in ontwikkeling is. Via Twitter trachtte hij op die manier het enthousiasme van fans wat te temperen, die misschien al net iets te hard van stapel liepen. Pitchford zei dat er momenteel nog volop gewerkt wordt aan extra content voor Borderlands 2, al liet hij ook vallen dat hij verwacht dat dat op een bepaald punt zal veranderen.
Chill out internet. No one has started working on a sequel to Borderlands 2.
